Jonathan Lambris, PhD, leads Penn grant to fund cardiac research

The University of Pennsylvania was one of three research centers across the country picked Tuesday by the America Heart Association to receive a total of $6 million in grants to fund studies focusing on finding ways to generate new cardiac muscle cells.
