Global health officials: Restrict flavored cigarettes

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay (AP) — In a major blow to the tobacco industry, public health officials from around the world agreed Saturday to recommend restricting or banning flavor additives that make cigarettes more attractive to new smokers.
