Penn Medicine LIVESTRONG Challenge Team
Thanks to all the members of the Penn Medicine/Team CHOP for their participation and success in completing the 2011 LIVESTRONG Challenge. The Abramson Cancer Center and The Cancer Center at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia have been consistent proud supporters of the LIVESTRONG Challenge for the past four years and look forward to future Challenges.
Due to the team's efforts and our phenomenal team captain's, SueAnne Clark's, hard work we raised over $30,000.
In total, there were just over 6,500 riders, runners, walkers, and volunteers participating in the Challenge. Through the generosity of 36,000 donors, Philadelphia raised $3.1 million toward the fight against cancer. This generous donation will continue to help cancer survivors live life on their own terms and build and support our programs and initiatives that shape the cancer landscape.
But we're not done yet! REGISTER NOW FOR THE PENN MEDICINE/CHOP TEAM 2012!
