Clinical Expertise

Neuropsychologist dedicated to neuro-oncology for adults and children, subspecialization in memory and diseases of the white matter. Specialist in cognitive effects of brain tumors, cognitive and radiologic markers of radiotherapy and other treatments, longitudinal patterns, cognitive effects of intraparenchymal vs. extra-axial tumors, quality of life, predicting tumor change.

Research Expertise

Detecting multiple phases of radiotherapy effects on the brain in patients with brain tumors, longitudinal cognitive and neuroimaging changes post treatreatment; white matter imaging techniques to understand effects of radiotherapy on brain regions of interest, measuring radiation damage to myelin/white matter of the brain; developing tumor-specific cognitive model to predict tumor growth/recurrence in children and adults.
